WELL.....

Well, it is going.  I have been working and I think I get a lot out of work.  In the bakery we do a lot of "running " around, which I think is helping with my loss.  I am trying to make myself get up earlier and get the motivation to work out before work.  So far that has been a NO GO!!!  It is just, I don't want to get up out of bed.  I like to lay around and relax.  I sure as hell don't want to roll out of bed and start working out.  I need to change that, I need to set up a routine to do in the mornings before work.  We will see how that goes.  As far as tracking goes, I have done pretty well with it this week.  I won't be weighing in until Saturday to see how I did.  I hope I have a loss.
