So that is pretty awesome. Then I stepped on the scale and sad to admit I actually gained this week. Damn it!!! I didn't just gain a little, I gained 2.4 LBS!!! WTF!!!!! I have been on such a roll the past few weeks I think I just got a little slack this week. I went back through my tracker and I ate somethings this week that I should not have eaten. It is ok though, I will do better this week. I will pay a little closer attention to what I am eating and start working out a little more. I guess it is a good thing its winter and that we have to shovel the driveway.
Positive, positive...you will do it. Look how far you have come...I know you can do it.
